PlantPulse is a comprehensive Industrial IoT monitoring platform engineered to transform operational visibility and predictive maintenance. We deployed a network of ruggedized sensors across critical machinery and environmental points, collecting real-time data on vibration, temperature, energy consumption, and production throughput. This data is streamed to a centralized dashboard powered by advanced analytics and machine learning models that detect anomalies, forecast equipment failures before they occur, and optimize performance. By converting raw telemetry into actionable alerts and automated reports, the system minimizes unplanned downtime, extends asset life, and drives data-informed efficiency across the entire industrial floor.
